Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Accordingly, when you submit personal information in connection with purchases made via the Site, such information is not collected by Natural Tropix but rather is sent directly to Shopify. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, Shopify collects the following personal information: name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, company name, phone number, IP address and device data. Please see Section 4 for more information on Shopify’s policies.

The Site does allow you to register with us for an account through the Create Account page on the Site. When you register for an account via the Site, you will be providing us with your first name, last name and email address. Such registration information is used to make the purchase of products quicker and easier. We may use the email address to respond to inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system, and your activity while using the Site. SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.
